What does this Office Administrator job involve?

 

  • Develop, monitor and maintain all administrative compliances as guided by the Registered Manager.
  • QA Visits to clients.
  • Staff observations in clients' houses.
  • Client assessments.
  • Liaise with staff, clients and professionals, providing emotional and wellbeing and assurance to them.
  • Timesheets, payroll preparation, budgeting, costing and recruitment processes.
  • Typing, filing, answering calls, understanding the management systems and keeping them up to date.
  • Maintaining social media platforms.
  • Attend to any emergencies in the field.
