What does this Care Assistant job involve?

 

  • Providing Person-Centred Care to clients, in line with their individual Care Plans.
  • Undertake essential domestic duties.
  • Managing Incontinence.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments.
  • Food & Drinks preparation & Nutritional Support.
  • Supporting Clients with their medicines.
  • Accurate Reporting and Recording.
  • Assisting with Moving and Handling. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties
