We support our residents’ choices and aspirations by creating individualised care plans and designing activities that will engage and inspire them.

We are a small friendly Care Home looking after 20 frail older People. We are committed to offering excellent care and pride ourselves on the care that we give to our residents. We are looking to expand our team as we have recently opened 4 extra rooms and are increasing our staffing levels. We are looking for day Care Assistants.

• Assisting residents with their personal day-to-day living and Care needs such as continence.
• Personal bathing and mobility.
• Assisting the Manager with Risk assessments.
• Communicating with residents and encouraging them to participate in activities.
• Developing care plans. 
• Nutritional screening and assisting with eating and drinking.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated and compassionate. Experience is preferred however, full training will be given to anyone who is keen to learn and develop themselves.
