We at Caemac Investments Limited are looking to expand our passionate team of domiciliary care workers as our caseload of care packages has significantly increased in the Hertfordshire locality.

Join our experienced team of professionals for a fresh challenge as a Care Assistant in the North Hertfordshire area.

• Build trusting and supportive relationships with the people you support by providing guidance, supervision, companionship, and emotional support
• Assist the people you support in setting achievable personal and social goals  
• Advocate for the needs and rights of services users, including liaising with external agencies and community organisations
• Provide personalised care to clients, respecting their dignity, independence, and individual preferences
• Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting and with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Administer medication as directed and maintain accurate records
• Administrative tasks include recording information on the visits

• Previous experience as a Domiciliary Care Worker is advantageous but not essential
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude are essential qualities we seek in our candidates. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, their families, and the care team
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a care setting
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
• A valid UK driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
