We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to join our community team to contribute to the provision of high-quality holistic care for patients at home.  We have full and part-time positions available with hours to suit.

What does this Senior Care Assistant job involve?

 

  • Assist with patients’ personal care, helping to move, position and mobilise patients
  • Observing the general condition of the people we support, in line with the care plan
  • Reporting any changes as required
  • Assist with patients’ nutritional needs and update the patient record system

 

Am I the right person for this Senior Care Assistant job?

 

  • You will need to hold a UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle with Class 1 business insurance.
  • You will be an experienced Health Care Assistant and possess (or be working towards) an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health Care.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a healthcare setting and be able to demonstrate excellent caring, communication and teamwork skills.
  • The role will at times be demanding but also very rewarding.
  • Good teamwork and the ability to work a full range of shifts between the hours of 08.00- 21.30 everyday on a rota.
