Your role will encompass:
- Exercising leadership within your designated unit
- Ensuring care plans are meticulously reviewed and updated
- Providing personal care services to residents
- Overseeing medication administration
- Curating a vibrant spectrum of social activities during every shift.
Requirements for this position:
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
- You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
