Axiom Home Care is looking for a Support Worker in the Berkhamsted area and surrounding.
We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted - you would be required to travel between these areas. Our offerings include personal care, dementia care, respite care, live-in care, companionship, domestic support, and care for complex needs.
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

To be considered for this position you would need:
- A valid UK Drivers Licence and access to your own car
- Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
- Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
- The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
