• Provide personalized care and assist with daily tasks (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Support service users’ personal interests and independence.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the Registered Manager.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic support.
• Build strong, professional relationships with service users and their families.
• Safeguard well-being and maintain high standards of care documentation.

• Compassion and Empathy: A caring and compassionate nature is essential. Applicants must be dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. 
• Experience: While previous experience in a similar role (at least 6 months) is preferred, it is not mandatory. Full Paid Training Provided.
• Qualifications: Applicants should hold or be willing to work towards an RQF Qualification in Health and Social Care and complete the Care Certificate within the first 12 weeks of employment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and families, adapting to preferred methods of communication.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and professionals, contributing to the efficient running of the service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different situations and respond quickly and appropriately, prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Professionalism: Applicants must maintain appropriate professional boundaries, be polite and reasonable at all times, and uphold the company’s values and standards.
