Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting individuals with daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Supporting mobility and physical disabilities, using personal aids and equipment.
- Providing care for the sick and terminally ill, including bed nursing and feeding.
- Promoting mental and physical activities through conversation, outings, and hobbies.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as making beds, cleaning, and laundry.
- Preparing and serving light meals, and handling related tasks like setting tables and washing up.
