As a Lead Support Worker at Partners in Support, your daily duties will involve:
- Assisting the Locality Manager by working on shift to provide day-to-day support to the staff team.
- Delivering excellent person-centred support through supervisions, positive role modelling, team meetings, observations, and consistent 1:1 support.
- Understanding and supporting the individuals you assist, providing both emotional and practical assistance.
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with the individuals supported.
- Managing health and safety issues and oversee medication administration.
- Maintaining daily records accurately and promptly.
- Liaising with families and participating in family meetings.
- Taking part in the on-call rota for weekends.
This role combines leadership, direct support, and administrative tasks to ensure the well-being and development of both the individuals supported and the support team.
