Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support individuals in planning their weekly shopping.
- Accompany and assist with outdoor adventures.
- Provide everyday personal care.
- Assist individuals in attending their favorite events.
- Build confidence in using public transport.
- Teach money management skills.
- Support individuals in discovering new interests and achieving new goals.
- Help maintain important relationships with family and friends.
- Provide high standards of care and support for learning disabled adults.
- Listen to and address the wants and needs of individuals.
- Enable individuals to perform daily tasks such as taking medication and cooking meals.
- Work with individuals to build their confidence and pursue new adventures.
- Work a variety of shifts to support work-life balance.
