Due to our continued growth, a permanent position for a Care Coordinator has emerged at our head office based in St Albans with for Abbots Care, an established and expanding domiciliary care company. We have been operating for over 25 years offering excellent care to our service users within their own homes.

• Salary up to £25,565 per year inclusive of on-call

• Experience with rostering and daily management of care Staff
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and professional bodies and positively promote our services.
• Complete quality calls with care staff and service users 
• Provide reports to senior management as and when required.
• Work with health care professionals and families to ensure we are providing a person-centered care approach.

• coordinating,
• rostering,
• scheduling or planning
• able to manage large workloads prioritising essential jobs first.
