We are looking for a dynamic Head of Human Resources (HR) to join our Senior Management Team. This role is pivotal in driving our HR strategy and ensuring our practices align with our business aims and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Qualified CIPD member.
- Experience supervising others.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR management systems.
- Strong planning and project management skills with a systematic approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in complex situations.

- Able to work up to 30 hours per week.
- Able to work a minimum 4 days per week from Monday to Friday.
- Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week in person at the office in Stevenage.
