We are looking for someone that:
- Has a good knowlege of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
- Has a Food Hygiene Certificate and the desire and ability to develop new skills.
- Has a general awareness of Health and Safety legislation, safe food handling and hygiene regulations.
- Has experience of planning menus, food preparation and staff management.
- Is experienced in the use of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Is able to work well as part of a team and has good communication skills.
