Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive a varied, balanced, and nutritious diet.
- Organize daily kitchen cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Manage duty rotas for kitchen staff and ensure sufficient cover.
- Order supplies as needed and handle invoices for the accounts department.
- Supervise cuisine standards, menu planning, and budget adherence.
- Maintain administrative records, including menus and orders, and ensure daily temperature records for fridges and freezers.
- Provide staff training, including induction and food hygiene, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
