We are ENA Care Group, a Live-in Care service operating throughout England & Wales, providing the highest level of quality care for individuals we are supporting and caring for since 1994.
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care assistant. Above all, we want someone that shares in our values. These are;
Enabling: We believe in enabling our individuals who receive care and support to achieve the greatest level of independence possible by providing high-quality, person-centred care, using the ‘mum’ test in everything we do.
Nurturing: We ensure everyone’s needs are fostered by applying good listening skills, a caring nature and showing compassion and empathy for every individual.
Aspiring: Aiming to aspire to greater things, listening to feedback and treating everyone individually and as an equal.

And a lot more...
As a Live-in carer, you will live with the individual you are supporting and caring for, in their own home, this means living in the individual's home with them for 24 hours per day, 2 to 12 weeks at a time. You’ll support them with personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transporting your client around. Most importantly, you will be their companion, friend and make sure they are well looked after.
Live-in Care is a highly rewarding career that provides you with the perfect balance between a fulfilling career coupled with a work/life balance. No experience is necessary as you’ll have access to our free, in-depth 5-day induction training, which all of our new carers attend.
Our family of Carers provides care throughout Southern England and Wales and you will be required to be flexible and adaptable to suit the individual's needs and locations. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and will be rewarded with a variety of benefits that come with working for ENA and have access to our guaranteed work scheme.
