We are currently recruiting a Care Manager in Barnet to support our growth and expansion and have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of our service, providing supported accommodation and domiciliary services in the community.

The following qualities are considered essential for the post of Care Manager:
- At least two years' experience in a senior management capacity within the previous five years.
- A management qualification or care qualification equivalent to NVQ level 4 in care management.
- A sound understanding of good care principles.
- Ability to take responsibility.
- Leadership and negotiating skills.
- Is self motivated.
- Holds a Full Driving Licence.
