This is an exciting opportunity for You to join a brand new, privately owned and independent local Domiciliary Care provider in Hemel Hempstead as a Full - Time Registered Manager. We support individuals with Dementia, End Of Life and Physical Disabilities.
The package of the Registered Manager consists of:
- Annual salary £32,000 / £35,000 depending on experience and grade.
- Bonus of £1,000 / £2000 based on CQC outcomes

Key responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Day-to-day management of the business operation.
- Oversight and management of care delivery and quality.
- Supervision of staff.
- Training and development of staff.
Essential experience and qualifications of a Registered Manager:
- QCF level 3 as a minimum and willingness to complete QCF level 5.
- Previous experience in running the day-to-day activities within a care environment.
- Experience or understanding of the CQC regulations.
- Access to own vehicle and valid Driving License.
