  • Registered Nurse or Social Worker with valid registration (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Detailed knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of budget management.
