  • Actively participating in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
  • Recruiting, supervising and supporting care staff.
  • Participating in the development of care plans and ensuring they are regularly reviewed.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.

Am I the right person for this Registered manager job?

 

  • Registered Nurse or Social Worker with valid registration (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Detailed knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of budget management.
