This role exists to lead, manage, and inspire our care team to deliver exceptional services, ensuring that all care provision complies with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously improving the quality of care.

As a CQC Registered Manager, applicants must have:

 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in a care setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Strong leadership skills
