We have a rare opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor to join the team at Central Care Recruitment, a care company providing Domiciliary care across Essex and Hertfordshire. Working alongside the Registered Manager, the role of the Field Care Supervisor will be office based or out in the field depending on the business or care service requirements.

What does this Field Care Supervisor job involve?

 

  • Accept, allocate and process new referrals for care and support promptly.
  • Process changes to clients care and support plans.
  • Make sure there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support on time.
  • To produce and maintain accurate rotas, allocate shifts and monitor the allocation of carers to maximise efficiency whilst supporting them through the use of rota and IT systems.
  • To monitor work standards of care staff by undertaking spot checks, supervisions and observations.
  • Carry out client assessments, reviews on site and by phone.
  • Ensure all paperwork in the client’s files has been completed and client information recorded accurately
  • To report to the manager on any aspect of the client’s care
  • To assist within the office when required and cover emergencies, holidays and sickness.

 

Am I the right person for this Field Care Supervisor job?

 

  • Roles are subject to DBS checks (free)
  • At least 2 years experience working in the care industry.
  • A care qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid in IT skills.
  • Be experienced in providing care to a wide range of Service Users
  • Drivers Licence and Transport
