What does this Care Team Manager job involve?

 

  • To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
  • To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
  • To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
  • To comply with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
  • You will be leading a great care team from the front, you will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Care
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
