B&M Care's Milford Lodge Care Home in Hitchin is looking for a Team Leader to support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the home’s management.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To assist the Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the home in an efficient and caring manner in their absence.
- Support residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence.
- To assist in the supervision of staff and induction.
- Ensure that all staff have completed the duties required of them during their shift or if this has not been possible to communicate this at handover.
- Encourage staff members to take a personal interest in the residents and the home in order to create an atmosphere conducive to a happy caring home and lead by example.
- Work in a direct capacity alongside the Care Management Team.
- To review and develop all aspects of each residents care plan on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).
Essential Skills, Characteristics and Experience:
- Two years experience at a Senior Care level.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
